I went for a photography stroll around one of the Fylde’s favourite beauty spots today and got creative. Fairhave Lake near Ansdell named after one of the earliest residents of Lytham St Annes Thomas Fair is a place to treasure. Sometimes called Ashton Marine Park, Fairhaven Lake is home to the RSPB Discovery Centre and is an important wildfowl location.

Helicopter rides on Blackpool Beach near to the South Pier photographed on Sunday 22nd August 2010. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon so I set off with the camera to Blackpool Promenade not knowing what to expect. I noticed there was a Helicopter and crew giving pleasure flights so I took these shots.
